European hospital market the opportunity to rapidly and
effectively penetrate the market. DASHpharma's may assist
and supplement new product marketing by utilizing
experience and contacts to carry out market research,
place clinical trials, develop protocols and arrange
symposia and conferences. DASHpharma can assist with
product and clinical training and work synergistically
with the parent's sales force or if preferred DASHpharma
will provide a single contract sales force for an agreed
period of time.
Orphan
Strategy. Low risk/gain shareIndividual
brands or therapy groups that parent companies no longer
promote provide cash generation through a declining life
cycle. Increasingly, pharmaceutical companies are faced
with investing large promotional resource behind the major
brands at the expense of smaller turnover less
strategically important products. DASHpharma offers
companies the option of contracting out the promotion of
these brands through a range of bespoke commercial
agreements.

DASHpharma
can offer a gain share solution, whereby for a management
fee at actual cost to ourselves, we will promote the
brand(s) and an agreed rate of decline/increase of sales
and margin would be determined. The difference between the
current company projections of sales and profit
declination/increase and NPV and that achieved by
DASHpharma promotion, would be shared between the two
companies in an agreed ratio. This ratio would always
ensure that the parent company would return it's
management fee investment before the excess
profit/incentive was split. DASHpharma's profit can only
come from performance driven incentive. Theoretical
